In addition to world-renowned speakers and content-filled workshops, enjoy these special elements of CFC Conference 2008 - Our Communities. Our World.

• Conference Reflectors: At key points in the conference, four of our best thinkers will reflect on and synthesize the big messages coming out of the plenary addresses and concurrent sessions. We hope they will help you challenge and deepen your learning from a rich and sometimes overwhelming program.
• Graphic Recorder: Sometimes words just aren’t enough! Visual artist Avril Orloff will illustrate the plenary presentations, creating pictures that capture the main themes – and the creative energy of the conference. View Avril's graphic recording now.
• Conversations and Connections: Designed to stimulate engagement in conference themes and to facilitate opportunities for sharing experiences and ideas join in this session on Friday afternoon for a lively conversation and to create connections among peers and colleagues early in the conference. There are 12 break out rooms - join the group you most affiliate with. Expert facilitation will guide the conversations.
• Cultural Events: Montreal is one of North America’s most exciting cities. The Foundation of Greater Montreal host committee brings the City’s unique atmosphere right to our venue, with 4 special performances tucked into the heart of the conference program.
• Site Visits: For Adults and Youth participants
  Not all learning takes place in the conference venue – join one of the stimulating  site visits organized by the Foundation of Greater Montreal.
• Youth Program: More than 80 young people from countries around the world will join us in Montreal. These young philanthropists are the future of our movement. Prepare to be amazed at their creativity and passion!
• Conference Orientation: First time to a CFC conference? Come and learn everything there is to know about navigating a CFC conference. Thursday November 6, 5:30 to 6:30 PM.
