This report provides a set of ideas, or a framework, for thinking about community leadership within a community foundation. It is based on 4 pillars: values, relationships, resources and skills.
This toolkit gives you - either individually or in group settings - a structured way in which to think about and reflect on your organizational values, relationships, skills and assets.
It is best used by organizational leadership when you are looking at some fundamental questions around your mission, vision and values, and how your community leadership work fits within these.
The toolkit includes the following two elements, which have been especially prepared for our Canadian audience:
Powerpoint - This is a 30-slide, animated presentation of the CF LeadsEADS Framework for Community Leadership. It provides the same material as the American 'core' document but in a slideshow format appropriate for presentations and group discussions. Also includes notes for a facilitator or meeting Chairperson.

Presenter's Guide - A slide-by-slide guide to the Powerpoint, providing background and context, for a presenter, facilitator or meeting Chairperson.
